FAQ
How do I choose the location?
Family and senior portraits can be taken at home or on location at Forest Park Beach, Elawa Farm, Market Square, a public garden and many other special places in the area. The time of day depends on the time of year. On sunny summer and fall days the lighting is better later in the afternoon. On overcast days and for outdoor shots in winter and spring, most daylight hours work great. Corporate head shots are often shot at home or a place of work.
Will you travel to photograph a special gathering of family or friends?
Absolutely within reason. The location just needs to be built into the schedule. For travel to a location greater than 30 miles from Lake Forest, my rate might increase.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within two weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph you). You can download the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites and order prints.
Can you edit an image after we've received our photos?
I'm happy to make adjustments to your favorite images including changing a color photograph to black & white or vise versa.
How do I order a print from your Fine Art Collection?
Custom prints of Fine Art are available through special order. They are available as a print, matted print or framed print. Please email me through the Contact page.
